What Nicole is doing here: these are card / bank-statement charges with no separate receipt in the
portal, and each one needs a quick word from her — what it was, and whether it’s a Lockwood
Advisory business cost or actually personal / another entity. Tick each one as she confirms it
(ticks save in this browser). That’s enough to close our side and send to Amanda; receipts can be
filed later.
The routine card charges (Officeworks, fuel, the client-meeting meals she has receipts for) have already
been cleared — only the ones that genuinely need her call are left here.

Card lines with no separate receipt. For each, Nicole confirms what it was and that it’s a business cost — or flags it if not.
Two Earthly income questions income, not expense
Not receipts — these are about how two Earthly payments are recorded. Both invoices are marked as reimbursements, but the income is tagged “Consulting”. We need to know which they actually were, then Amanda’s report treats them correctly.
